Jennifer was great she's the best
DO NOT ORDER FROM ONLINE STORE!! Their returns and exchange process is convoluted and customer service refuses to help you fix the issue. They kept me on hold for 40 minutes only to tell me they can’t help me. Worst customer service and worst experience I’ve had buying something online.
Candice was extremely helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable. Made our mattress purchase very pleasant.
Ashley is on the 3rd floor. The Design Center is on the first two floors which does custom furniture. It's behind Cardi's which owns the brand.
Went in to look at sectionals and we were greeted with a warm welcome from Jennifer. She was incredibly courteous and helpful, especially with our limited dimension options. Jennifer took the time to walk us through different layouts and made the whole experience easy. I would highly recommend stopping checking out the Ashley Store’s offerings for a good deal and quality furniture.
