Erica was serving as the manager on duty and was completely incompetent, was not aware of the company policy was easily frustrated and had to remove herself from making any managerial decisions because she was completely inept. Prior to my interaction with her, i have observed that she accepted a cash tip from a customer.
It's always nice when I go there. The workers are nice n helpful. I don't go there often, but when I do go there, it ALWAYS a pleasant experience there.
