Horrible customer service!!!! Ashley stewart just lost a long time customer due to disrespectful a manager at the Miami Gardens store. Went to return an item that was eligible for return however the store manager refused the item and ignored my questions on why they were being so irritational about an item that is from Ashley Stewart. There shouldn't be a difference because I bought it from the online store, especially since the item is carried by the store. I bought 2 of the same item online in different sizes.
