I went to do an online return. I was unable to complete the return due to misinformation from the call center. But the two ladies were very nice and explained the process. I did find a yellow and white dress on clearance and I purchased two pairs of earrings to coordinate with the dress and the bling belt that came with it.
I have to agree with some of the bad reviews about this location in Forest Park some people are very rude the some are not. It takes me 40 mins to get to this location. However I would rather drive 1 hour 10 mins way for better customer service. Who want to spend their hard on money in a location when all you get is negativity. Also I order online for the most part. Because, there I don't have to drive out my way to be treated not so kind. And I love shopping at Ashley Stewards. But good customer service makes all the differ... read more
