Everything was wonderful, I can not say enough good about my experience here. The staff was so friendly and personable. They also suggested dresses as well as let us browse the racks. All of the dresses are out so you can tell what they look like instead of trying to see through a plastic bag. I tried on every dress I wanted to and was still assured that I could try on more or retry on dresses if I wanted to. The people at this store are very friendly but also very forgetful!! I have called two times to ask about my wedding dress and nobody ever called me back. The first time I called I was told that they were really busy and forgot to call me back and that was ok. I called this week and again nobody returned my call. I will be going out to the store to ask about my dress in person because I am getting married in two months and ordered my dress in December!!
I was treated great and had one on one service! The staff was so friendly and extremly family oriented. I bought my bridal gown, bridesmaids dresses and tuxedos and had no problems. From the moment I walked into this store, I received the utmost personal attention. I truly felt like I was the focus of the store. The staff was very courteous and helpful in regards to my wedding planning. I have recommended this store to all of my family and friends and will continue to spread the word!
