This is a terrible place to live. It’s almost impossible to get in contact with anyone at the leasing office. Takes forever to get things repaired. Mold everywhere. A lot of strange and kinda crazy people live there. My upstairs neighbors screamed and banged at all hours of day and night. Kids always running around in the parking lot unsupervised. One time they set a fire beside my apartment. Neighbors also cussed at us and banged on our doors when we would politely ask them to keep the noise down. Cops come there almost eve... read more

I lived at Terra at Ashley Place for two years as my first apartment, and it was the WORST living experience I have had my entire life. For starters I don't know who is sketcher, the leasing office or the people they rent the apartments to. They will take anyone and I mean ANYONE. As a naive 18 year old without a credit score yet I thought this place was going to be a great start for me.
