Ashley has minisessions throughout the year and they're fairly reasonable. I paid my $150 in October for a mini session the beginning of November. We received an email saying we should reschedule if anyone is ill. Two of our four were not feeling good. So I emailed her asking to reschedule and it was nothing but "miscommunication" after that. I really wanted to support a local business, but Ashley made it impossible. I purchased a newborn sale package in 2023 when my son was born. Right off the bat we had communication issues. I couldn't get emails back when I asked questions about my appointment or an email confirming my appointment day and time. Ashely was amazing. It was our first time using her. She did an amazing job shooting my son's senior pictures. She was very personable and was open to my son's suggestion of another location that he would like to try. We received our pictures very timely. The hard part is picking our favorite pictures.
