Went to orientation and left for a different company on the last day of orientation. They are definitely a you will do what we say and we don't care about you as an individual kind of place. If for any reason things don't work out in orientation you are on your own for getting home.
I started at “Wilson logistics” and that got bought by Ashley distribution which turned it into “Ashley Pacific Northwest”. Things changed. Prices dropped. Costs were cut. Benefits were cut. Loads were cut. Contracts were cut. Jobs were cut. Whoever is running this has absolutely demolished what used to be a solid running company.
