This is a good surplus furniture store if you’re in the market. All of the stock is new stuff from Ashley and no one is beating their prices. A similar couch down the road was literally thousands more. Abby and the other workers there are extremely helpful with whatever you need and willing to work to get you what you’re looking for. I recommend to all my friends in the area.
We just moved to NC and in need of new furniture so we decided to check this place out. It was so huge inside! There are so many options to choose from and in such good deals! Dakota and Abby were both such a delight! They are very attentive and helpful with all of our questions. Great customer service!
Had a great, low-pressure experience at the Ashley Outlet in New Bern. Abby especially made sure we were given space and time to browse and provided excellent service by listening and guiding us through the process. We bought two pieces and are very happy with our experience.
