We purchased a sofa from Ashley Furniture a year ago, expecting a durable and high-quality product. As a couple who works long hours (7 AM to 9 PM), with no kids or pets, and who avoids eating in the living room, we take excellent care of our furniture. I’ve officially had it with this location. We ordered a couch here. To begin we were told it was available right away and call days prior and they’d have it delivered. This was untrue we waited an additional month. It was ordered incorrectly after being very clear that the exact one in the show room set up and all is what we needed. So after we were to receive it we had to deny it and wait for it to be redelivered “correctly”.
