I had a mixed experience with this furniture store. We purchased a sectional that we absolutely love, the quality and comfort are excellent. Unfortunately, the ordering process was very disappointing. We clearly explained the configuration we wanted to the sales associate, but the wrong sectional configuration was ordered. As a result, the incorrect couch was delivered to our home, and we had to wait another three weeks for the correct one to arrive.
