If I could give Zero stars that would be my rating. Horrible and circular customer service. If you made a cash purchase and return for a refund, it is allegedly company policy to refund your money via check in the mail in 3-4 weeks.This retailer is the worst. Trash
Store in excellent condition, sales person was very helpful, bought a recliner. My only complaint was sales contract item information not legible, this problem should have been corrected, overall I would recommend this outlet.
I knew what I wanted and it took me all of 30 minutes for the Salesman to write up my order and head me out the door. Ok on to my last Good Friday stop. Check!
