I did like the furniture I bought and the delivery of my bed with the assembly was great, but I had a lot of trouble getting in touch with the store regarding remaining items for delivery. I was told I'd get calls to schedule the delivery by a certain day multiple times, and when I didn't get calls, I reached out myself only to be told it was going to be another week or two before I would be able to schedule delivery. The store staff are friendly and professional. The delivery service stinks! Supposed to get everything together but now have to wait until end of month for most of it. only 1 item coming Monday....after I had to take the day off!

So I was ordering the 12 Chime mattress offline but the delivery’ was a few days away (4 day delivery window ) so I decided to call store I called store they said they honor online price and the delivery would be next day just come in. My experience was wonderful, I went to the store in Clifton Heights I would like to highlight the wonderful service of the saleswoman Jaylah, she was very helpful and gave us the space we needed to make the decision, if you go there look for Jaylah!
