My mother had been at Pacific Living Center of Klamath Falls since Sept 2023. I am comforted by the fact that Ruth and her staff are always kind and supportive of her needs and all the other residents.

Ruth and her team are exceptionally caring and respectful. My mother, who suffers from dementia, can be quite challenging at times. However, during my visits, I have observed their interactions with residents, which consistently demonstrate compassion and professionalism. I highly recommend this care facility for anyone dealing with this difficult disease. Their dedication and approach to care make a significant positive impact on the lives of the residents and their families.

Through a difficult time in my life, PLC has made it so much easier for me to have my dad at a memory care facility. The staff is kind and attentive to the residents’ needs. The director is a blessing and the best at what she does. If there is an issue or concern she is on it right away. It’s like family to be there!

All new management and whole community new team!!! Great family like atmosphere. Quality, affectionate care. This community really is top notch in all aspects of senior living.
