My husband and I were shocked at how rudely Ashley treated us. My husband had a routine question that Ashley responded very rude and sarcastic that we were speechless. My husband asked why so inappropriate. She stuck to her rude remarks. She corrected my husband incorrectly about a name and didn’t acknowledge her mistake.
