Terry at the front desk has terrible customer service. Totally ignored me as I asked a question and I saw he was on phone so I waited....he got off phone and would not look at me at all or acknowledge I was even there ...how rude ..he finally told me his name was Terry after I asked him. He has a monotone , emotionless voice....please give the guy a job in the back away from the public
Just got a couch delivery. This people damage my front door in order to enter the couch. Now I am struggling to get this fix. The door do not close properly.
