Working on new items don't photo to malone by they add 300 per item call the plattsburgh store they are honest
One piece of furniture (a dion.esser) arrived damaged. The driver took photos and promised a replacement. It has been months so I have filed a dispute with my credit card. The furniture I was received was no where near the level of quality in the store. It is cheap garbage from China. Way over priced. Poor, lack of communication

Recently moved and had to leave our furniture behind. We furnished our new home with Ashley and love it! Two pieces had minor damage and the store took care of it.
