Came to check furnitures since we’re buying a house. My wife just simply asked the salesman what are the deals and promotions they have since some stores usually advertise it. He was just so cocky and replied “find which one you like then i tell you” and left. Could’ve been more helpful or care to explain a little. **Editing to 2 stars: Rose the manager reached out for more details regarding my store experience. She was helpful and nice to offer a store credit.

Gabrielle was extremely helpful at the St.Catherines location. We had stopped by one day because we had our eye on a sectional but didn’t know if it was time yet. She said she would keep us posted of any up and coming sales as they popped up. A sale came up for their anniversary and was able to finalize everything with ease. A great transaction from someone who was really helpful and listened to the fine details. Thank you again!
If i could give negative stars i would this place rips people off charges people $7,000-$8,000 for a couch that has cushions deflate in less then a few days, you pay extra for warranty by quite abite, they offer to change them for the same ones for free and refuse to do anything more, but that say for $75 more per cushion they can get the denser foam so why rip people off not put proper foam in the first place. Be careful this place is a money grab and will rip you off completely. No respect or dignity anywhere you go lately... read more
