The delivery guys did an excellent job today! They were so fast and efficient and cleaned up after themselves perfectly.
Cheap and over priced furniture. Purchased a sofa a year ago and have had nothing but issues which started a few weeks after delivery. Cheap fabric that started to pill after a few weeks. Cushion replaced after a month because it ripped at the seam. Springs started to creak after a few months. To top it off, found a pair of glasses at the bottom of the sofa inbetween the cushions. We bought a mattress from Ashley 5 months ago, and unfortunately, we are already experiencing some issues. It has started to sag in certain areas, especially near the head of the bed. We expected better durability and support for such a short period of use. It’s disappointing because at first it felt comfortable, but the quality does not seem to hold up over time. PS: Can’t upload the photo as an error appears.
Excellent service. Multiple staff pitched in to finding what we needed (cushions ).
