Awesome experience. Leigh was very kind and knowledgeable and showed me different products to help me make an informed choice. I actually went back because of her. For future household needs, I will definitely go there first.

EDIT to below - After posting this review at one star, I was contacted by a customer service rep that offered $300 in gift cards for compensation for this experience. Even though I'd prefer to have actual money back rather than be committed to purchasing from Ashley again, we accepted and I have incresed my rating to 2 stars as I was actually assisted by someone at least.
