Very motivated sales person. I was challenged if I should buy the extra warranty or not. After there may have been a slight shift in the quality of CSR. For the pick up I called the wrong store, they went the extra mile to assist with the same day pick up. The service people at the pick up was wonderful. Even the person on their break outside. They help me with the pick up and making sure my product was properly placed in the vehicle. Much appreciated.
I spent nearly $3,000 on a couch and loveseat, only to be delivered items that were clearly used. This is completely unacceptable for furniture sold as new. The entire experience has been extremely disappointing and has raised serious concerns about both product quality and customer service. I would not recommend buying from this store or ASHLEY . if you expect honesty and basic quality standards. Returned complete order after waiting so long for delivery.
