I just wanted to say the 2 young men they have delivering to Hornepayne are the best. They went above and beyond to make sure the client got their furniture into the building. Brought it in 3 different doorways and it wouldn't fit threw the apartment door. So carried all the way back out to the truck. Drove around to the far side of the building, unload it again and carried the couch the entire length of the apartment building threw wet and soggy grass. I had a very disappointing experience with this location. Ordering my item was simple, but shortly after, the couch went on sale and the price difference was significant. They were initially hesitant to honor the new sale price, and only after I mentioned cancelling did they agree to match it. When it came time to arrange delivery, I was told I’d be contacted to complete the next payment, but instead, the salesperson processed the payment using my credit card without my authorization. Gina, the owner, was absolutely amazing to deal with. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure I was completely satisfied. Her delivery team was also excellent—professional and courteous. I definitely recommend doing business with them, and I’ll be telling my family as well!
