Grace from clearance warehouse was very helpful
We had a wonderful experience with Lalit Minocha at Ashley while picking up furniture for our first home at Distribution centre, Mississauga . He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helped us choose the right pieces that fit our needs. He also went above and beyond by assisting us with planning our payment structure, which made the whole process stress-free. We’re so happy with our purchase and truly appreciate his guidance. Ashley has no respect for the customer. I've been waiting for replacement furniture for my daughter's bedroom for five weeks, and today was supposed to be the perfect day for the delivery of the broken furniture they sold me a few weeks ago, which I bought new. They didn't deliver it today because... there's another problem. I wasn't informed. I've been waiting half a day for delivery, and no one called to say the truck wouldn't be arriving. What world am I living in to be treated so poorly?
