Fixed a complaint of delivery right away on one call . Thanks
Excellent experience buying my couch here with Gail! I went to the store a couple times before I made my decision and Gail was there every time to guide me through the process and helped me make my decision on the most perfect couch 😍 Got it on sale so I’m even more satisfied with my purchase
Amazing experience and special thanks to Ribhu
Our experience was great. This is the second time we went to Ashley. One of the representatives ALISON in the richmond hill store was great. She really helped us in the finalising the Bed for us and post purchase support was also great from her side. She is keeping us posted with all the updates and trying her best to get the bed delivered to us asap. Thank you Alison for making our experience great. 😊😊😊 You’re Awesome.
Poor quality, terrible after care customer support. Never can compete with companies like Wayfair
