I was in Richmondhill location and i deal with sabera sale manger katy and nazanin it was one of my best experiences in furniture shopping and they were very nice and so very helpful
They told me send me until Monday and call me 2 days before but when I went there they told me we send you 2 days later, I hope they send me until 2 days later
I purchased a wooden dining table set from Ashley Furniture, delivered on July 5, 2025. The table arrived with visible scratches, which I reported to customer service on the same day of delivery. Instead of offering a proper solution, Ashley only offered a “re-touch” repair at a time slot I could not attend (only Thursdays).
