We came to Ashley’s in Richmond Hill after visiting numerous furniture stores with no luck finding anything we really liked. The variety and quality of the furniture here was great. There’s a range from budget friendly options all the way up to luxury options. Katie and Atosa were very helpful and patient as we navigated all the different options. They were able to help us select a sofa set that perfectly fit our space and needs. We are very happy with our purchase and the excellent customer service we received here!
We had a wonderful person at the Richmond Hill location that helped us with our purchase name Assoon. She was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The manager also helped us with price matching details and made our shopping experience easy snd smooth. I definitely had a very positive experience and would go back again.
Delivery come on time, the quality of product is good.
Friendly and attentive sales staff but not too attentive like you are being stalked. Pick up at store was easy and staff were quick to prepare item and help load it into my vehicle.
