I bought a sofa from Ashley over a month ago and was told it would arrive by September 20. My invoice even says it would be at the store by September 26 for pickup. Today is October 2 and I still don’t have it. I had to call customer service myself, only to find out it’s now delayed until October 9. A company this big should at least notify customers about delays instead of leaving them in the dark. The lack of communication and care is unbelievable. Easily the most disappointing and frustrating purchase I’ve ever made.

Update: We received our order, but unfortunately, the salesperson ordered a high-profile box for our bed without explaining that there were different options available. The box is extremely high, and as I am pregnant, it feels unsafe and very difficult to use. When we asked the delivery and installation team, we found out that we could have chosen another option, but this was never communicated to us.
