I just had the MOST spectacular shopping experience at my local Ashley HomeStore! Outstanding customer service experience from the WHOLE team (made The Notre Dame Boys look like punks LOL). Marilyn is my MVP for patiently guiding me towards the best king mattress option for me - at a sale price that was way below what the competition is charging. I recently shopped at Ashley. I was looking for living room furniture. They staff were very friendly and attentive. I felt valued and that my business was a priority. Communication on delivery was excellent. The promotions that were offered at the time were fully explained to me to ensure i understood. I will be returning in future.
