The owner of the store, Jas, was so incredibly helpful. Not only was he super friendly, warm and welcoming but he helped us find the right couch for us, in the right material, size and fit. We sat on many couches and he was so patient with us. I would highly recommend this store for finding what you need. Jas was lovely and can’t recommend his help and expertise enough!
Such a great store to have in Trail, and it has a large variety! Anna the sales associate was amazing and very helpful. I found the chairs I wanted:)
We had an excellent experience buying our new sofa with Ashley Furniture in Trail. Manager Jas and his team ensured we acquired the perfect piece for our home and handled loading it into our truck for safe secure delivery. If you’re in the market for new home furnishings it’s worth the drive over to check out their beautifully laid out showroom and pieces. We’ll be back for our next home upgrades!
Very posh / elegant sales floor, HUGE amount of stock, many options in a variety of price points. Salesperson (Jas) was extraordinary - helpful, direct, and personable. Would totally recommend to anyone looking for furniture.
