Our recliner from Ashley arrived in perfect condition. The delivery men were quick and professional. We are pleased with the purchase and the timely delivery.
We bought a bed at Ashley home and it was delivered without legs. When they brought the legs, we realised the heardboard had a crack. I m giving Ashley Homes 5 stars for the way they handled the replacement. Thank you for the great customer service.
The delivery people did not go to the back of the apartment building after I asked the people on the phone to deliver at the back. I was not impressed!! Love the table!!! Wendy

The woman who took care of us in the store made an excellent suggestion for the type of dinette set we were looking for and which we purchased. She was knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant. I'm glad we stopped in to the Ashley store and will definitely go back when we are ready to make another purchase. Our furniture will be delivered in 2 weeks. Looking forward to that!
