What's your problem man, what's your problem! Screamed a Mr. Pemberton, the owner at the time, down the phone. Unhinged. This was probably 2 years ago so maybe the owner is now someone who knows how to speak to people. Apparantly the customer is to know their delivery schedule availability and also arrange the fitter to install replacement items under warranty. Not how things work.
The appliance sales person was terrible to deal with. Delivery guys were cool. Go to The Brick or somewhere else.
Poor quality and customer service . Bought this sofa and loveseat less than a year ago, they already sagged. Doesn’t look like new. It doesn’t mean that I didn’t care, I followed the maintenance procedures, like swapped the seat cushions, firm the back cushions, didn’t help. Then I called customer service, they ignored to cover, even I bought extended warranties worth $500. They wanted me to pay $75 on the top of warranties , if I want someone (technician) to come and take a look only. Never recommended to anybody in future.
