We are extremely lucky to have such a beautiful, classy store in such a small town. There is a large selection of high quality furniture and the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy in the slightest.
My first time shopping at Ashley’s in Prescott. Went in looking for a love seat or condo couch. Jay was very helpful and accommodating. I appreciated the fact that he let me browse on my own and was always there to answer any questions or concerns. Found exactly what I was looking for and would highly recommend Ashley’s Prescott to everyone. I will definitely shop there in the future.
This is a great store. The products and prices are great. Jay is great to deal with; friendly and knowledgeable. We have now purchased living room and dining room furniture at the Prescott store. We will definitely be back to shop here in the future.
I had great customer service, this store has a big floor space and a great selection. The store needs to be in better view for traffic. I am sure many people even in the Brockville area do not know that this store exists.
