Very supportive management, kept us updated with an order that had been delayed, scheduled delivery around my shift work. The delivery team was prompt, courteous and professional. Best experience with a furniture retailer in town.

Lauren was super understanding to our needs and prefrences. She wasn't pushy like other stores. She also honored the boxing day price that was on when we first came in, even though we came in the following week when we made our final decision. When we came back Lauren and Sarah were super knowledgeable about the financing, warranty and made us feel comfortable that we were making a good investment with a quality product without breaking the bank.
Excellent customer service and competitive prices. I would highly recommend.
