My order took 3 months before it was delivered. The sales lady is very awesome. I spent $11,000 for my order and I order it end of november and wanted to deliver it on Dec. 20.They deliver most of my order last Dec 20 but unfortunately my bedframe were reschedule to january 2 then february 1, then 18 then 27 and march 17. Finally after 3 months I have my bedframe..
Ashley representative was very welcoming. Found us the exact metal queen bed frame we were looking for, fast and efficient.
