Bought a recliner a couple weeks ago and its already having issues. Tried connecting with the sales team that sold the couch only to be directed at guest care who gives a generic answer and cannot direct you to the proper place. Had to go back an forth for 20 mins for customer service to provide an email to address the concern. When i was finally able to email get a response back, it said the email is no longer in use.
