I will never purchase from Ashley again I am absolutely appalled by their customer service. I've had nothing but issues ever since I booked a warranty service, no one responds to complaints nor can you get a hold of anyone! I even reached out to the store manager (Edmonton North) where I purchased from and he couldn't even be bothered to call back. After many purchases here, I will never return nor recommend. They are an absolute nightmare to deal with.

WARNING. Purchased wood furniture that arrived damaged. Delivered in a sealed box, so they did not check it. There is no one to talk to, you must file a claim on CHAT. PAY $100, if you want to return it. NO REFUND! Store credit! OR, they offer a small credit for you to keep it; so they do nothing! It is cheap material. NOT WOOD. I ordered from here 10 years ago and received wood. I did not know this is what they sell now and how they operate. Now you know.
Quality of furniture was decent. White glove service was decent too. I had to pair both sides of my bed lift and connect one section of my couch, but overall I’m happy with it all.
