Watch out their delivery process! The salesperson will say anything to close the deal, but the delivery team operates differently. Don’t expect them to bring items inside your home…they’ll likely just drop everything off on your driveway. Unless you pay premium! On other hand Their competitors provide much better service…they deliver items inside, handle installation, and even clean up their mess afterward on flat delivery rate! May be this low rating will improve their delivery policy!
