Daana was out associate. She's very knowledgeable and witty making our Ashley experience enjoyable.
Salesperson was pleasant, friendly and no pressure until I decided not to proceed with a purchase. He tried to have the manager close me. They both had passive aggressive attitudes and I felt pressured. I would not give them any business except, I have a piece on order and paid for already. I dread going in to pick up it up. This will be my only purchase from this store.
All new staff, but still very friendly and helpful. Sales manager was very helpful on the phone and in person. My only gripe was that the links he sent to my e-mail via their ‘automated system’ for the products I was looking at didn’t work and I had to find the products online - not the sales staff fault but worth mentioning.
Great service.
