Although our sales guy was fabulous, the call centre team was literally a nightmare to deal with - so much so that my husband said we’re never going back…Terrible to deal with. You can’t actually call the store to talk with them. That also goes thru the call centre, they can also choose not to put you thru, which is just one of the many reasons we give them a 1/5. We do love our sectional however, not worth the hassle. 🙃
Good sales staff; Call center staff are horrible, uncooperative, are unable to provide direct contact with the store. First and last time purchase from Ashley furniture Penticton BC. Call center protocols drive customers away from the organization.
It was excellent sales person Daana and manager were great answered questions and were very knowledgeable about the product. Also the sales Person too showed us all items we were looking at and any that were comparable to what we were looking for. Itwas a good experience will recommend the company and staff .
