Seerat is wonderful to deal with at Ashley's. Between her and the store manager Abby, we had a very good experience at choosing the furniture pieces and mattress that we wanted. Will wait for delivery if the items and let people know how that goes since it will be delivered in two separate orders. So far, very pleased.
They have great customer service. Open and honest, not imposing like most places. I would recommend visiting this store. Geri (salesperson) was wonderful.
A little confusion about order at beginning. Manager quickly and professionally solved issues. Delivery was well communicated, on time and delivery staff outstanding. Highly recommend.
