I have bought many times from Ashley in the past and I recently bought a new sectional in August. I even bought the extra protection/warranty. The salesperson was great. The delivery was scheduled a couple of weeks later and when the couch arrived, one part of the sectional was broken. The left arm of the couch was crushed as though something had been laying on it for a long time or it was damaged during the delivery. Either way the left arm was snapped. Our experience with Ashley & sales associate Donna . She understood our needs & had patience with us. Store policy could give alittle more time for pick up,even if its on clearance. A sale is a sale. Great experience.
The store looked welcoming.
I don’t recommend shopping here. They don’t keep promises and customer service won’t do anything for you.
