We got worst customer service experience ever. I received a broken table, and despite reaching out multiple times, there has been absolutely no real help. Every time I contact them, I get a different excuse and story, but never a solution. The delivery driver was careless, and when I tried to resolve the issue, nobody took responsibility. We had an extremely disappointing experience with Ashley Furniture. We purchased a table and chair set, but the table was delivered damaged from the corner. We immediately requested a replacement, but it took them over 2 months just to respond, and even then there was no positive solution. When we went to the store to complain, the staff were unhelpful and only kept repeating their policies instead of providing real support.
