Got a great bed, but the mattress made it too high for my liking, so I decided to return it. The return process was seamless—pickup was smooth and handled efficiently with no hassle or back-and-forth.
One of the staff was very helpful with helping me figure out what kind of bed was good for me and even helped me realize I needed a new pillow. I went back later to get said pillow and she remembered me and even helped me pick out the one best for me. Thanks!
