Great selection, well laid out but the best part about this store is the general manager Zak... I wish I could give 6 stars!
I called Ashley furniture store…talked to Cydnee. Due to being 2 hours away she described sofa to me on the phone and sent me photos via email. Even showed a small damaged area on floor model sofa and gave me a discount! Truthful and no unexpected discrepancy. Outstanding customer service with Cydnee at the Cranbrook store. The quality of the furniture met my expectations. The delivery team was reasonably priced and efficient.
