Very disappointed with customer service, I phoned beginning of the week and chatted with sales regarding a mattress and delivery, it’s been crickets all week, I phoned yesterday to follow up, spoke to another person who informed me that I would receive a call today and that they have been busy, fair enough, Well it’s Friday today, and they are now closed. they obviously don’t want the business. I’m actually shocked!! Just wanted to purchase a $3000 mattress. Unreal. Find another place, they don’t care.
My partner and I bought a new couch back in December. 2024. We only had the couch for a few months and it ended up ripping pretty bad. I went into the store to ask about the warranty. Friendly staff, great service. They fixed our couch for free and it looks brand new again. Thank you to the staff at the cranbrook location. Yall are fantastic!
Rob and Kevin came and repaired our recliner in about 20 minutes!! Such efficient and cheerful guys!
After visiting every furniture store in Cranbrook for exactly what we wanted , Tyler , sales assistant, was the most professional and helpful. Thank you again!
Great selection, well laid out but the best part about this store is the general manager Zak... I wish I could give 6 stars!
