Darren and the brothers were amazing! Professional, kind and customer service orientated from beginning to end! I cannot thank these guys enough for all their hard work today!!! They even grabbed my vacuum and cleaned up after themselves after! Absolutely worth the extra delivery and set up fee! Plus they were kind and funny and knew exactly what they were doing. Handled the whole experience like the pros they are! Thank you from a very satisfied customer!
Bought a new sofa and love seat from Ashley in Cranbrook, and I got to say it was a extremely good experience. I called in the morning and asked what they have in stock as i am 2 hours from Cranbrook, they assured me they had stock on what I would like in my price range. I got there and the sales staff was amazing to deal with. We took the sofa that day and had the love seat delivered. They delivered the love seat 2.5 weeks later and even the delivery guys were awesome. Would definatly recomend Ashley Home Store in Cranbrook
Very disappointed with customer service, I phoned beginning of the week and chatted with sales regarding a mattress and delivery, it’s been crickets all week, I phoned yesterday to follow up, spoke to another person who informed me that I would receive a call today and that they have been busy, fair enough, Well it’s Friday today, and they are now closed. they obviously don’t want the business. I’m actually shocked!! Just wanted to purchase a $3000 mattress. Unreal. Find another place, they don’t care.
My partner and I bought a new couch back in December. 2024. We only had the couch for a few months and it ended up ripping pretty bad. I went into the store to ask about the warranty. Friendly staff, great service. They fixed our couch for free and it looks brand new again. Thank you to the staff at the cranbrook location. Yall are fantastic!
Rob and Kevin came and repaired our recliner in about 20 minutes!! Such efficient and cheerful guys!
