One of the most pleasant furniture purchases I can remember. I appreciated the honesty and openness of our salesperson Ginger. I also want to acknowledge the person at the warehouse pick up he was amazing. Polite and professional he was able to load our purchase whe we thought it wouldn’t fit.
We bought counter chairs from the Heritage Gate location in Calgary. Our salesman, James is extremely knowledgeable and very personable. The chairs are exactly what we were looking for, good quality and very comfortable. Would definitely shop there again.
Terrible quality control. Will sell you on the “best quality made in Canada” BS and then delivery damaged goods. Exchange 3x now and on my 4th exchange. Damaged goods for $700 a night stand. Worst company. Left a glue stain on the marble that won’t come off. Awful manufacturer. Editing my review to add: I will never shop here again.
