Very clean and well stocked store. Sales team was great with all our questions of their products and services. Would recommend visiting the store.
Prince was absolutely wonderful to work with! I had a difficult stairwell to navigate and he came up with several options that would work. He was extremely helpful, very friendly, and made the whole experience very positive. I would highly recommend him, and Ashley Furniture. Lots of options, good quality for reasonable prices.
High pressure sales. Horrible warranty process. We purchased a $6000 tempurpedic mattress that came with a tear down to the springs. We have spent months going through the warranty process. It’s invasive and intense. Sent in dozens of photos of the mattress, had a technician come out who said hands down that this was a manufacturing issue from how it was torn /separated underneath.
