Please read entire message to understand the nightmare of Ashley Furniture. We made a larger purchase approx $16,000. This included dining set, love seat, couch, recliner, bed frame, mattresses and power bases and coffee table. Problem 1: delivery is not convenient for people that work full time. They cannot guarantee day or evening (ridiculous!). Also note the delivery people walk with their shoes on even when it’s raining (real hardwoods don’t appreciate this).
