We had a great experience with the manager up from Vancouver last month We did not buy as they did not have what we were looking for But would consider next time we are looking for furniture

A great store. Found the perfect loveseat in one short visit to their Kelowna store. The sales rep, Palak, was so easy to deal with, cheerful and helpful! We don’t buy much furniture these days but it is still our go-to place to shop.
