Service at the store was great but when we received our couch it was completely scraped up and holes all over(see pictures) I called them to let them know of the condition of the couch and they assured me a new couch will be ordered ASAP and delivered to me. Well 7 weeks later I called them again to ask when my new couch will be coming and they didn’t have anything on file and didn’t reorder a new couch. Very frustrating and have had multiple issues with them. Would not recommend buying from Ashley Furniture in Dubuque.
Had a wonderful experience and found what we needed thanks to Derrick! He was friendly and professional even when having to make a call to sort out an issue within the system. My only suggestion would be to host a refresher course on customer info privacy for the person on the other side of the phone.
Worked with Laura when searching for furniture for granddaughter. So much help and made my experience so simple and easy.
Derrick was so great to work with. He helped us select the right mattress for our parents based on past records and facilitated the timely delivery in another state. It was a very smooth process.
Bill is INCREDIBLE. Go in and ask for Bill, and he will help you find any furniture you need. He’s not pushy at all, and he doesn’t get annoyed when you go back and forth for 2 hours. Highly recommend!!
