We had a great experience at the Dubuque store! We brought our energetic little boys, which can be stressful, but the staff made us feel welcome. Bill spent a lot of time with us, making sure we got the best deal and all of our ducks in a row. He was so great with the kids and even brought them little trinkets to play with while we talked. 10/10!
I contacted Ashley out of desperation, having a sofa on back order for several weeks at a different online company giving me the runaround. Brad picked up the phone and went ABSOLUTELY above and beyond to walk me through the in-stock options and coordinate a last minute shipping to their warehouse for pickup in a matter of days.
