**** WARNING **** Never Buy Anything Made By Ashley Furniture and Never Buy Furniture From Ashley. They use a Bait & Switch Scam to deliver Junk. I bought furniture from Ashley Homestore (AHS) which is owned by Dufresne Spencer Group (DSG). As you know, I paid good money for New, Undamaged Furniture. DSG showed up to deliver the furniture. I thought they were delivering what I ordered. Instead they ran a Bait & Switch Scam, by bringing in Broken Furniture and basically running out, leaving me with their damaged and bro... read more

We worked closely with Joseph on furnishing our new bedroom, finding the right mattress for a notoriously poor sleeper, and selecting a quaint kitchenette. We were pleased with the service and flexibility of the team. Joseph (and Nigel) worked with us to provide a purchase we felt comfortable with and a protection plan that put us at ease... bringing home such a big purchase with two rascal cats was nerve wracking. Long story short, we scheduled three different delivery dates with this company and they failed to deliver our product to us. They finally delivered it to us on the fourth delivery date. This was a big purchase for us. Something we had been anticipating with much excitement. Something we had to open a line of credit for. if the employees are talking they are lying. Read Ashley Customer complaint posts before you shop. Floor items are not the junk they send you. Be prepared to lose money .DO NOT BUY WARRANTY. - they won't honor them

Horrible, horrible customer service experience. They overcharged me by $100 a year ago and I have been trying to dispute it ever since. Over a year of waiting they finally said they can’t do anything about it. Most incompetent company I have ever dealt with, apparently no one can do anything and they just kept passing me around and giving me numbers to call that are useless.

Me hicieron un mal servicio y pague el dinero de el Delibery la tienda me deve devolver el dinero llevo 2.meses esperando el.pago y cada vez me dicen lo mismo ,mal servicio

worse customer service ever...on 11/22 and bought a bed set that was on clearance. It was clear that I had to pick up the furniture own my own since it's clearance so I planned on it. My family lives in Rockford and I live in Chicago so my dad and brother had to take the day off on 12/5/19 so we can pick up the furniture. I called the Ashley furniture a day early on 12/4/19 to let them know that I will be coming in to pick up my furniture on 12/5/19. I’ve had such an amazing experience with this location. Ashley and Barbara were very understandable and welcoming and make you feel like you went to come back and spend more money. I highly recommend coming here and asking for their assistance.
