The Quality of items are poorly made! We purchased insurance on everything we got, spent near 10k. Now here we are less than 2 years later filling a claim on our dining room chairs that they are refusing to fix because we didn’t contact them within 5 days of the problem occurring. Yet when they sold the insurance they said it covers EVERYTHING and NO TIME LIMIT.
Purchased a 3,000 dollar bedroom set and it took a month to even schedule a delivery date and the excuse they gave us was that a night stand was damaged. Once we do get a delivery date they just wanted to leave the boxes when we paid for the service to install the set they said they couldn't dismantle our previous bed to install new one, Horrible service will never buy from here again, go anywhere else I've always been a lacks and rooms to go customer and for good reason the service is 1,000 times better

the employees were kind and respectful as well didnt push high priced furniture but more furniture that was affordable and still comfortable that made us happy! it was enjoyable as an experience that also made me see that my partner and I were ok and could trust Scott our sales person. definitely if I had to do it again we will go back.
