Dishonest I ordered my furniture on August 22 and was assured that they had plenty in stock and it would be delivered in 3 weeks. We are now going on 5 weeks and I have been told our furniture has a load date of October 19 and that I may receive my furniture a week from that date. I was told to contact them again since that date could possibly change. The contract states that all backorder purchases might take 2 to 8 weeks to be delivered. Love it We purchased all of our living room furniture from Ashley's about a year ago. I couldn't be happier. The people were extra friendly. not pushy, and the prices were good. We didn't have to wait all that long either.

furniture I had heard some bad things about Ashley, but my experience was good. I purchased a bed that they have in stock for my daughter (day bed). This bed is awesome with the trundle too. They offer layaway or financing or just pay for it. I paid for it had it delivered that weekend. If you are in a hurry to get furniture, then this place is not for you. customer service customer service was non existent. We were lied to about delivery and we were very disappointed when we asked for a refund and were told that there is a company policy and we signed papers when they took our money to protect them if and when we asked for a refund. It was a bad experience and one that we will not repeat.
Took my money, but didn't deliver sofa I definately wouldn't recommend Ashley in Corpus Christi. I purchased a sofa from them and was told it would have to be special ordered due to the fabric I selected. It would take about 8 weeks, which was fine. They made me pay in advance, which I understood. After 9 weeks I called to check on the status of my order and was told it should be arriving in a week or so. It’s not sanitary. Rude behavior. Employee walking/sitting around talking to others not wearing her mask!!!! NEVER GO THERE!!! I went back to purchase a mattress. But did NOT and will NOT!! I left!! I was very polite and Cami was not neither was the rude girl coworker sitting up front there not wearing her mandatory mask!!! that she was talking about me to. Put an 85$ down payment on a dining room table set and they told us that it would be delivered there to Corpus Christi location form Victoria Texas within 8 to 5 business days latest Tuesday Wednesday) and when it got there we could pay it in full. today we call and the guy says he didn’t know who told us that. And he’s the one who helped us, he told us we could pay it there when it got there. Now to come to find out it was never sent out from Victoria!!! Smh horrible service! Don’t waste your time
