Ashley and her team are amazing to work with! They helped us navigate up's and down's of multiple offers on multiple different homes before we finally closed on our house in Alaska. Worst experience with Ashley she discriminate people other then her own kind, she ignores calls, totally just blows you off if your loan isn’t a good price for her she won’t even bug to help you! Never tried to process our loan, never tired to get in contact with our co-signers she wasted a whole month of our time and still haven’t got in touch with us to give us a yes or no! She is a Total joke!
My husband Jose and I bought our home with Ashley Hickmon 3 years ago and have also refinance in the last 7 months. Ashley and team go above and beyond when it comes to communication and availability. Weather it be purchase or refinance all of our questions were answered in a timely manner and everyone is so kind. We 100% recommend her and the team.
