Started with her in 2019, for 3 years Ashley helped me overcome anxiety. I highly recommend her for talk therapy if you live in Birmingham. She had to be my therapist during the pandemic while I suffered from health anxiety. This was not an easy job for her. I was so scared of infection, infecting my parents and others.
