Generally a decent place. Communication needs serious work. I have emailed regarding my parents MULTIPLE times and they only answered one time. Never emailed a final bill like asked. $900 for paint and sealant is pretty high. Biggest advice, communication needs to be alot better. I never received a call back like I was told to learn about other charges. There has been like 5 different managers since my parents moved into the facility. My Wife and I are enjoying our new apartment at Ashley Grove, The facility is kept very clean and our apartment is in super condition ,also the people/ tenants here are very welcoming. We were treated with great respect and professionalism from Renee Lawrence (Property Manager) she made our transition/ paperwork effortlessly for us. I think she is a great asset to her company and look forward to our relationship in the years to come.

Wish I had never moved here! Edit 8/28/23: Way overpriced! And expect the $50 increase every freaking year. A teenage high school drama center. Old ladies fighting weekly. Gossip central. This is way worse than high school girls. And by the way I'm the only man here, is for women that love to fuss and fight. The cops come here they write charges up on women. Now we're talking 85-year-old women, acting as children. Managers here maybe 2 hours a week if lucky. I been here 4 years and this is the 4th manager. BEWARE! You will r... read more
