Very disappointed with Ashley Furniture. Their return and exchange policy is terrible, and they do not seem to care about customer satisfaction. I spent around $10,000 with Ashley and asked to exchange a mattress that was extremely uncomfortable, but they refused to help. After spending that much money, I expected much better customer service. I will never buy from Ashley again. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.
Didier was friendly and helpful. He wasn’t pushy and gave honest feedback. I’d recommend others to come see him if they’re interested in viewing furniture at this Ashley’s location.
Amazing service from Ray! Thank you so much!
Ray, very professional and informative I'll enjoy couch and recliner !
