I found a warm reception from the sales ladies in Ashley's store in Midland. They were more than helpful, very friendly and so professional! Their furniture is absolutely lovely, a wonderful selection and a price that is affordable.
Great store and lovely, helpful staff - zero faults there. The delivery service however is appalling and unsatisfactory. They were contacted at least 3 times about damages to furniture we paid a lot of money for and I was told they would be replaced (when a damaged bedside table would be re-delivered the next week), however different delivery person knew nothing about this and said he would pass the information on to his supervisor and nothing happened. I visited the store yesterday to look for furniture and was walking around taking photos. The elderly lady at the front desk was professional and helpful. However, another middle-aged woman made a comment, saying, "You're just wearing down our concrete floors." I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. Not only do they have the same furniture as the Furniture Gallery, but the rude behavior of that woman was also unacceptable.
