I bought a corner lounge set from Ashley about three years ago, and the quality has been very disappointing. Within the first two years the cushions began sagging, and the chaise cover tore the first time we removed it for cleaning — even with care. When I raised this with the store, I was told they couldn’t help because the warranty had expired! Walked into the Midland store during the day during the week. The old grump that was there, pretended to ask me if I needed help. And then waffled off with some airs on her face lol. I wonder if she thinks there is a certain type of clientele only that can afford their overpriced pine structure sofas. If you are going to charge us quite a lot, make it well. I found a warm reception from the sales ladies in Ashley's store in Midland. They were more than helpful, very friendly and so professional! Their furniture is absolutely lovely, a wonderful selection and a price that is affordable.
