BEWARE. Do not give them your money. Ordered a lounge suit in November still hasn’t arrived nearly 6 months later. They are not responding to any communications attempts I have made. Complete rip off that take your money but will not supply. They are a scam with a shop front.
Beautiful store with lovely furniture that you can't find just anywhere.
Do not recommend this company at all. Ordered a bedroom setting in February was told 12 weeks wait turned into 14, received a faulty dresser and mirror, told the store same day as it was received they got their claims lady to contact me via email, after sending photos and many ALL unanswered emails a month later she finally responded 2 weeks later she got someone out to look at it, then agreed it was faulty and said they would replace it and I was told I had to wait 16 weeks for replacement. Looking at furniture last week we stumbled across this shop. First thing I noticed was the staff didn't acknowledge any customers that walked in ( no eye contact, smile, hello etc ) just kept there heads down. You could see people looking around for a staff member to help. Need to sort out the workers or you won't last.
