I have paid for my items on 2nd Feb 2024. I have tried to contact them multiple times but there is no answer. They deducted the money from my credit card straightaway but still have not received the goods and not any update.very disappointing experience.
I’m very disappointed with their service and customer support. I order couches (Lyndeboro) , Book shelf (stanmore), Coffee table (Watson) & Dinning table (Burkhaus). We were informed that all purchased items will be delivered by May-June (2024) However I’m still waiting on these items. Several attempts have been made via call and email to receive an update on this matter but did not hear back and am still awaiting a response. Ordered furniture for my new house back in Nov 2023, said it will be ready end of May it is now end of June they have not been answering any phone calls, the store is closed and the email no longer exists. I then get an email saying my furniture will finish in September and when I try to respond the email bounced back I have contacted fair trading !!
We ordered furniture from Ashley Auburn and they promised it takes about 12-16 weeks. It is more than 5 month now and they did not deliver the sofa. They are not responding to email and phone anymore and as we heard they were closing Ashley. They got our money and no one is responsible now
