After so many calls, finally I got my furniture just the way I wanted. We bought a 6 piece couch set, at first they wanted to send a technician to repair my brand new same day delivered couch set and I immediately called Ashley's requesting new ones I spend $3000 dollars for something that was going to get repaired the same day and I refused to. so at the end I got new pieces and I would refer my friends to Ashley's

I purchased some dressers for my daughter. They arrived at my house a few weeks later and the paint job was very tacky. I called customer service, it was a month wait to get a tech out to look at the paint job, but he quickly agreed it was not right. I received new pieces in the mail 3 weeks later, the paint job on those is worse than the first set sent! No quality control whatsoever.3 months later and the problem still isn't fixed.

I was treated extremely well by the sales associate at Ashley. The prices are good and the quality of their furniture is very high. I opted to pick up my order from the warehouse on Miramar Road and that was a very smooth transaction. When we unpacked the dresser at home, there were some problems with it. I contacted the store manager and he had customer service call me the very next day to arrange a pick up and delivery of a new dresser. It was delivered the next week without any issues. This was my second time shopping at Ashley, but my first purchase. It took about 30 minutes for someone (Mark) to offer to help me. Once we connected he explained everything and I selected a bed set. Getting the order in the system was time consuming, but Mark kept talking with me along the way and when he completed the entry and scheduled a delivery date, I was handed a wood care kit and thanked for my purchase.
