While the salesperson was helpful, kind and gave me space, the after sale experience was a complete disappointment. The furniture (I bought a recliner couch and a Nectar bed with cheaply made base) is uncomfortable and poor quality (buyer beware!), unlike Ashley furniture I purchased in the distant past. Their quality has gone way downhill over the years. To add insult to injury they have made returns impossible by outsourcing their return service staff to an offsite location. If you like high prices and pushy salesmen go to Ashley Furniture. The selection wasn't real good either. We were disappointed.
Aaron B was very helpful with an issue I had. He fixed the problem I had and made my visit enjoyable. Definitely will shop there again.
Certainly will not be back after the disrespect from the older lady here. Plus the prices seem higher than other local furniture stores or stores within a 10 to 15 mile radius. Clean store, but that's about all.
