My couch is losing its faux leather finish and customer service has been terrible. They informed us that our warranty ran out and they can’t help us, so if you want to pay thousands of dollars for a 5 year piece of furniture than shop at Ashley. Oh and after being told it’s durable if you have kids and pets- just make sure you don’t let a small child capable of choking sit on it as large flakes of leather come off. Super kid friendly. We stopped at Ashley Furniture in Grass Valley to check out reclining sofa sets this morning. They had a great selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff. We found just what we wanted, at a competitive price. We had professional, same-day delivery and couldn't be happier with our hometown furniture store!
