Cancelled my order after waiting for 3 months for furniture to be delivered. That was on Sep 2, 2020. Still have not received my refund. Reference # 163608. I am very close to taking legal action.

After waiting a month for a refund from Ashley, I get the check and deposit it into my account. Not only did they take forever to provide a refund over a $1000 causing other money to have to me moved around, they placed a stop payment on the check that was refunded. Now no employee can tell me where my money is and bill don’t stop because they don’t know where it is. The stop placement should have not been put on the check to begin with. I went to Ashley and purchased a bed and I paid with cash. I decided to not get the bed and immediately canceled the order next day. Ashley informed me they would not be able to give me cash back and would have to send me a check. It has been well over a month and still no check received and no one can tell me where the check is. I keep getting told I will get called back and no phone call. The cash given to the store was well over a $1000 and has caused late issues with other bills.
